Cana Brava Resort offers a full drink menu with national and international labels, all included in your All-Inclusive package.
There are 6 bars across the resort, with service available until 2:00 AM, offering:
Beers: Stella Artois, Skol Puro Malte, Budweiser, Brahma Duplo Malte, Original, and Chopp Brahma
A variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails
Vodkas, wines, and sparkling wines
Coconut water and soft drinks

Yes. Our buffet includes options for various dietary needs, such as vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and lactose-free dishes, available at breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is until 12:00 PM. If you arrive earlier, check with reception to see if early access to the facilities or room is available.

What payment methods are accepted at the resort?
Your stay can be paid in up to 12 interest-free installments on a credit card. We also accept Pix, debit card, and bank transfer.

What is the child policy for free stays?
Two children up to 12 years old stay free when sharing a room with two adults, or one child up to 12 years old stays free with three adults.

What is the cancellation policy?
Low Season – Flexible Rate:
Cancellation or rescheduling up to 7 days before check-in
Full amount becomes credit valid for 12 months
Late cancellations: one-night penalty
No-show: one-night charge after 24h absence
High Season (Holidays) – Flexible Rate:
Cancel or reschedule up to 15 days before check-in
Full credit valid for 12 months
Late cancellations: full package penalty
No-show: full package charge
Peak Season (Dec, Jan, Feb, Jul) – Flexible Rate:
Cancel or reschedule up to 20 days before check-in
Full credit valid for 12 months
Late cancellations: full package penalty

Special Holidays (Christmas, New Year’s Eve, Carnival):

Non-Flexible Rate:
Cancellations, changes, or no-show: no refund or credit

Can I change my reservation?
Changes are only allowed for reservations under the flexible rate policy. Non-flexible reservations do not allow any modifications.

What is required for minors to stay at the resort?
When accompanied by parents:

Child’s ID (passport or birth certificate)

Luxury Apartment:
Ideal for convenience and strategic location, in main buildings, close to social areas, some with wide views or private spots
Family Suite:

Luxury Chalet:
Independent units in quiet paths near leisure areas, offering privacy and comfort

What is the child policy for the flight package?
Children under 2 without a seat travel on an adult’s lap.
For minors under 18 (Brazilians or foreign residents in Brazil), travel is subject to Brazilian legal requirements. Solo travel requires a notarized parental authorization or court order. Airline policies may also apply. -
Can I cancel my flight package reservation?
Yes. You can cancel up to 30 days before check-in for a full refund of the lodging and transfer.
Airfare refunds follow the conditions of the selected fare plan—check your voucher for details.
Cancellations made less than 30 days in advance are subject to a 100% penalty (airfare, lodging, and transfer). -
Can I modify my flight package reservation?
Changes are not allowed after purchase.

What happens in case of no-show?
If there’s no written notice, your booking is considered a no-show, and a 100% penalty applies for the full package (airfare, lodging, and transfer).
